Recurring building cleaning
Commercial Janitorial Services in Irving
A crew that cleans your building on the nights you choose, works from a written list and leaves it locked and armed.
What Should Nightly Cleaning Actually Look Like?
You should walk in to empty trash cans, a restroom that smells like nothing at all, a breakroom counter with no rings on it and carpet with the vacuum lines still showing. You should not have to think about it. That is the standard we hold our janitorial crews to in Irving, and it starts with a written scope. Every room is listed. Every task has a frequency beside it. The crew assigned to your building learns that list, learns where the supply closet is and learns which suite wants the blinds left alone. Then they work it, night after night, and the person running your account checks the work against the same list. Keys and fobs are signed for. The alarm code goes only to the people who need it, and the system is armed on the way out. Whether you run a single suite off SH-183 or several floors in Las Colinas, the routine is the same: a clean building in the morning, a locked building overnight and one person to call if anything needs to change.
What Gets Done on a Janitorial Visit?
No two scopes match exactly, yet nearly every account we run lists these.
Trash and recycling
Cans emptied, liners replaced and bags carried to the dumpster or recycling point you designate.
Restrooms
Bowls, urinals and basins cleaned, mirrors polished, partitions wiped down, the floor mopped, then paper and soap refilled.
Breakrooms and kitchens
Counters, tables and sinks wiped, the outside of appliances cleaned, microwave scrubbed inside, floor mopped last.
Dusting
Desktops, window sills, cabinet tops and anything else within reach, dusted on the rotation your scope sets.
High-touch points
Every visit, the crew cleans what hands touch most: handles, push plates, switches, railings and elevator call panels.
Carpet vacuuming
Open areas, offices and walkways vacuumed, with edges and corners worked on a set schedule.
Hard floor care
Hard surfaces such as VCT and ceramic tile get a sweep and a damp mop, with extra passes at the entries.
Lock-up routine
Lights off, doors checked, alarm armed and anything unusual reported to your contact.
How Does a Janitorial Account Get Going?
Walk the building
We tour the space with you, or gather the details by phone: square footage, restrooms, floor types, headcount and what the last company kept missing. That tells us how long the work really takes.
Put it on paper
You get a written scope listing every room, task and frequency, with the price attached. Change anything you want before you agree to it. Then keys, fobs and the alarm procedure are signed over and documented.
Clean, check and adjust
The crew starts on the agreed nights, often after an opening deep clean. Routine checks are made against the scope, and your account contact handles any adjustment you ask for.
Why Hand Your Nights to Us?
A scope you can hold us to
Anything written in the scope is done. Anything you want added gets written in.
Floors handled in house
When the VCT needs stripping or the carpet needs extraction, the same company does it.
Keys treated seriously
Signed for, stored securely, given only to your crew and returned the day you ask.
